LITTLE READERS

Little Readers is a FREE personalized, recorded reading program allowing children of incarcerated parents to see and hear their mothers and fathers reading a book to them on DVD.  The Little Readers Book Club provides literacy and bonding opportunities by placing children's books in prison visitation rooms so that children can read with their incarcerated loved one. As of January 2024, over 11,6200 children have received a Little Readers packet.

Little Readers

We will NEVER charge anyone - families, readers, or facilities - to participate in the Little Readers program or Little Readers Book Club. This program is 100% free of charge to EVERYONE.
