PROJECT ART
Project A.R.T. (Art to Rehabilitate and Teach) uses art and music lessons to build positive relationships between prisoners and art instructors who provide mentoring and guidance.

Meet Fred Eason - a man whose story is a powerful testament to redemption, resilience, and purpose.
Sentenced to life in prison with the possibility of parole, Fred served 36 years behind bars. During that time, he discovered his faith in God and uncovered a passion for painting.
With the support of HeartBound Ministries, Fred was able to successfully reintegrate into society after his release. Now, he's come full circle - returning to prison not as an inmate, but as a mentor. Through HeartBound Ministries, Fred teaches painting to incarcerated youth, using art as a bridge to healing, hope, and transformation.
Disciples Make, a nonprofit ministry dedicated to declaring the glory of God through the craftsmanship of disciples around the world, recently filmed Fred's story. Our prayer is that his journey encourages you and offers a glimpse of the incredible things God is doing through this ministry.
A heartfelt thank you to Corban, Anele, and the entire Disciples Make team for partnering with us to share Fred's story on video for the very first time.
